What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at service@shopsscare.com. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note, items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. For any questions, reach out to us at the same email.

When will I receive my items after I place an order?
The delivery time includes two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center within 48 hours after being placed.
Shipping time:
International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days.
US orders are shipped by e-packet (USPS) and usually take 7–20 days after processing, sometimes longer.
